What customisation options are available?
Everything we do is designed to feel intentional, elevated and unmistakably on-brand. From the cart itself to the final bite or sip, we offer end-to-end customisation so your activation looks and feels truly yours.
Cart customisation
Choose from a full cart wrap, partial wrap, panels or consider logo placement to align seamlessly with your campaign, event or brand aesthetic.
Product & catering customisation
We tailor flavours, colours and ingredients to suit your brief. This can include using your own product within the menu, colour-matching treats for launches, or developing something entirely bespoke for the occasion.
Packaging & branding
Your branding can be applied across every touchpoint — from popsicle sticks, icy pole wrappers and pastry packaging to gelato cups, coffee cups and even custom gelato wafers.
If you have a creative idea, we’re always up for the challenge. Our approach is simple: no off-the-shelf solutions, just thoughtful, fully customised brand experiences that feel right at home with your brand.
How much space do I need?
We recommend a minimum space of 2m x 3m for setup.Our largest carts measure approximately 1200mm long x 850mm wide.
Where are you based?
We’re based in Sydney, Australia, but don’t worry – our carts travel. We service events across Sydney and beyond, depending where you need us.
Are you available for private events?
Absolutely. While we specialise in brand activations and pop-ups, our carts are also perfect for private celebrations, launches, weddings, and parties.
Do you have a minimum order or spend?
We do. Our minimum spend varies depending on the cart, location, and style of activation. We recommend getting in touch with us for a tailored quote.
How flexible are the packages?
Very. Every event is different, so we customise packages to suit your brand, audience, and budget. From cart design to menu options, we’ll work with you to create the perfect fit for your event.
Are the carts available for long-term hire?
Absolutely. Our carts are available for long-term activations and ongoing brand partnerships. Whether it’s a multi-week roadshow or a permanent branded fixture, we’re here to help.
Do you offer full-service catering or cart hire?
Yes — we offer both, depending on how hands-on you’d like us to be.
If you’re after a seamless, end-to-end experience, our full-service catering includes trained staff, premium treats and optional custom branding to bring your activation to life.
For lighter-touch moments, we also offer cart-only hire, with or without custom branding. Perfect for brands or venues who already have staffing covered but still want the Activation Haus look and feel.
