The Brief
To deliver a premium yet playful catering moment for a launch event that would attract guests, drive interaction and align seamlessly with the brand’s aesthetic. The activation needed to feel elevated, highly visual and easy to service at scale while maintaining a boutique experience.
The Experience
Activation Haus created a bespoke Gelato Bar, serving handcrafted gelato from our fully styled cart. The space was designed with clean plinths, cohesive branding and subtle styling to complement the event environment without overpowering it.
Guests were invited to choose their flavour, creating a natural pause point within the event that encouraged connection and conversation. The result was a high impact, crowd drawing activation that blended indulgence with brand presence in a refined and memorable way.
